How I withdraw my Profit?

Before you submit a withdrawal request, please carefully review the following important notes and step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth and successful payout process.

Before Requesting a Withdrawal : All open trades must be closed. Your account must be completely flat before initiating a withdrawal.

Once you submit your withdrawal request, trading will be disabled. You will not be able to open new positions until your payout is processed and received.

Step-by-Step Guide to Withdraw Profit

Step 1: Access the Withdrawal Section

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Navigate to the “Withdrawal” tab.
3. Click “Request Withdrawal.”

Step 2: Select Your Preferred Payment Method

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select your preferred withdrawal method.You can choose between crypto (via columis) and Rise.

Crypto Wallet va Columis

Note: Crypto withdrawals are available only through Columis.

1. Enter your preferred withdrawal amount.

2. Select “Columis” as your withdrawal method. (Network: Currently, only ERC-20 is supported.)

3. Choose your preferred cryptocurrency:

1. Bitcoin (BTC)

2. Ethereum (ETH)

3. USD Coin (USDC)

4. Enter your wallet address carefully.

5. Review and confirm the withdrawal request by following Columis’ on-screen prompts.

Rise

Note: Ensure your Rise account is fully set up and KYC verified to avoid delays.

1. Enter your preferred withdrawal amount.

2. Select “Rise” as your withdrawal method.

3. Enter the email address linked to Rise Account  

4. Follow the prompt to complete the transaction.

Step 3: Submit Your Withdrawal Request

1. Click Submit to complete the request.
   
2. You'll receive an email confirmation of your payout request, and the template will look like this:
   
   
3. Once approved, another email notification will be sent confirming the successful payout. 
   
   

What Happens Next?  

The payout process typically takes 1-2 working days. After receiving the payout, you can resume trading
