Before receiving your funded account, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which is handled by our trusted KYC partner, Sumsub. This process ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and secures your account.
Note: Your ID does not need to display your address.
Important Submission Guidelines
Once you submit your documents, the verification process will begin. If everything is in order, your KYC approval will be granted.
Following successful KYC verification by our partner, Sumsub, you will be required to sign a trader's agreement (contract). The visualization below illustrates the contract signing process.
Once your KYC is approved, you will receive an email with a [Dashboard Login] button. Clicking this will take you to your TradeXProp dashboard, where you can access the Contracts Tab.
How to Sign Your Contract:
Step 1: Log in to your TradeXProp Dashboard and navigate to the Contracts Tab.
Step 2: Locate your contract and click “Sign & Submit”
Step 3: Read the contract and tick the “I Agree to use electronic records and signatures Disclosure”
After clicking Sign & Submit, you will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email. You will receive an email containing your Contract Security Code
How to Verify the Contract Security Code:
Once your contract has been successfully signed and verified, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your contract is now active.
After signing your contract, our team will begin setting up your funded account, which typically takes 1 to 2 working days.
Once your account is ready, you will receive an email with your login credentials and platform access details.
As soon as you receive this email, your account is officially tradeable!
Additional Information: Instant Funded Accounts
For Instant Funded Accounts, KYC is only required before withdrawal. Traders can start trading immediately with a funded account after purchasing an account—no KYC needed beforehand.
