Completing Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is an essential step to ensure security, compliance, and smooth access to your funded account. At TradeXProp, we prioritize a fast, secure, and seamless verification process so you can focus on trading.

KYC is mandatory before you can access funded accounts and process withdrawals.

🔽 How to Start KYC Verification

1️⃣ Go to the KYC Tab in your dashboard.
2️⃣ Click on “Start KYC Verification”.
3️⃣ Upload the required documents:

Documents Required for KYC Approval

  1. Identification Document (ID)
    Please submit one of the following:
    ✔️ National ID Card
    ✔️ Passport
    ✔️ Driver’s License (for identification purposes only, not as 

proof of address)

Note: Your ID does not need to display your address.

  1. Proof of Address (POA)

Must be issued within the last three months and include your name and address:
✔️ Utility Bill (electricity, water, gas, etc.)
✔️ Bank or Credit Card Statement
✔️ Tax Invoice or Government-Issued Residential Statement/Certificate

🚨 Important Submission Guidelines

  • Documents must be original, unaltered hard copies. Edited images or screenshots will be rejected and may lead to account termination.

  • Screenshots, mobile phone bills, medical bills, receipts, and insurance statements are NOT accepted.

  • If submitting a live photo of your document:

    • Ensure all edges of the document are clearly visible.

    • Avoid reflections or glare—make sure the image is clear.

    • The name on your ID must match exactly with your Proof of Address.

Once you submit your documents, the verification process will begin. If everything is in order, your KYC approval will be granted.

📅 How Long Does KYC Take?

🔍 Once submitted, the verification process usually takes only a few minutes, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
