Crypto Trading Rules
- 3% Daily Cap Limit: Daily Cap Limit ensures that your account’s movement is restricted to 3% of your previous day’s equity, recalculated daily at 5 PM EST. If your account’s equity moves beyond this limit, your positions will be automatically closed, and your account will be temporarily locked until the next session.For example, if you start with a $100K account and finish at $101K, your next day’s range will be $98K – $104K. - Max Drawdown (Static): 6% (X-1), 9% (X-2) – Based on starting balance and does not trail.
- Breach Policy: Account is permanently breached if Max Drawdown is violated.
- Inactivity Policy: 30 days of no trading = breach.
- Weekend Holding Allowed: Keep trades open over the weekend.
- News Event Trading: No trading 3 minutes before or after high-impact news.
- Stop-Loss?: Not required—you control your strategy.
- Swap Rates Apply: Be aware of overnight charges.

Prohibited Trading Activities (PTA)
- Exploiting Platform Errors: No latency abuse, price manipulation, or exploits.
- Insider Trading & Front-Running: No non-public information advantage.
- Jeopardizing Broker Relationships: No trades that trigger cancellations.
- Arbitraging Accounts: No mirroring trades across firms.
- Using Marketed Strategies: No third-party evaluation-passing strategies.
- Strategy Switching: No changing between evaluation and funded accounts.
- News Event Trading: No trades within 3 minutes before or after news.
- Gambling Practices: No all-in or excessive leverage strategies.
- Reverse Trading & Group Hedging: No cross-account hedging.
- Copy Trading: Only between your own accounts.
