Who is the counterparty to my trades?

Who is the counterparty to my trades?

At TradeXProp, we prioritize real market execution while ensuring efficient risk management and cost-effective trade execution. Whether you are trading Forex, Crypto, or Instant Funded Accounts, our execution framework is designed to provide a seamless trading experience.

How Trades Are Executed in Funded Accounts

For the purposes of managing risk and minimizing transaction costs, we may offset or negate market risk and act as the direct counterparty to certain trades initiated in your account. These trades are executed at prices provided by third-party liquidity sources:

✔️ Forex: Executed at prices from third-party providers via our partnered Broker.
✔️ Crypto: Executed at prices from our Liquidity Provider(s).
✔️ Instant Funded Accounts: Executed at prices from our partnered Broker.

This execution model ensures you receive real market pricing while allowing us to dynamically manage risk by routing positions and future orders to third parties for execution when necessary.

Does This Affect Your Trading Results?

No. Regardless of whether we act as the counterparty to your trades, the gain or loss in your funded account is not calculated differently. Your trading performance is measured fairly and transparently, without hidden alterations to execution outcomes.

When we act as the counterparty to your trades, your positions do not result in a net gain or loss to us—unlike in cases where all trades are externally executed. While this creates an inherent potential conflict of interest, we ensure that our risk management protocols, and execution practices uphold fairness, transparency, and trader success.
